CoadBoard is built on one straightforward promise — your work is yours, and it stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The sections below explain exactly what that means in practice.
We collect nothing. CoadBoard needs no account, login, name, or email to run. We do not request your location, do not gather analytics on your behavior, and do not use tracking identifiers. Everything you create — project boards, materials, tools, goals, milestones, production stages, notes, session timers and lap logs, calendar entries, technique libraries, material references, journals, reviews, and statistics — is generated and held entirely on your device.
Because none of your information ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to use. We do not read, profile, analyze, monetize, or sell your data — it simply does not exist outside your device. Every feature, from complexity analysis to progress trends and activity insights, is computed locally, on-device, from the content you enter.
All of your workshop data lives in the app's private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote backup, and no server that receives a copy of your projects. Your records stay where you made them, and nowhere else.
CoadBoard embeds no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, or marketing SDKs. We share data with no outside company, because no data leaves your device to share. The app runs as a self-contained tool.
Keeping data on-device is the foundation of how we protect it. With nothing transmitted over a network or stored on external servers, your information avoids the risks that come with cloud accounts and data transfers. Your records remain guarded by your device's own security.
CoadBoard collects no personal information from anyone, and that includes children under the age of 13. Since the app gathers no data and requires no account, it is inherently aligned with the spirit of COPPA and similar child-privacy regulations.
You hold complete control over everything in the app. Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep it, and you can remove all of it at any time by deleting the app. With no accounts and no backups on our side, uninstalling clears your information for good — there is nothing left with us to export or erase.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the app or changes in applicable regulations. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Our core commitment will not change: CoadBoard stays a fully on-device, no-data-collection app.
